Bachelor/ette in Nashville, TN

When Chris and I thought about our Bachelor/Bachelorette parties it was a no brainer that we wanted to do a joint one. I mean, what’s a weekend trip without your bestest friend by your side to celebrate with!? I planned it all out, did my research and booked one big Airbnb house with all our besties in Nashville.

In Nashville, the party does not stop. Main Street is PACKED with fellow fun-goers crossing streets to get to the endless string of famously owned bars pumping with live music and friendly people. Everywhere you turn there’s country music, bachelorettes, honky tonks, rock bands, and frozen boozy drinks.

If you do nothing else in Nashville, book the Honky Tonk Express!!!! This thing is the best party on wheels you can ask for. A literal BYOB, open air bus that drives you up and down Main Street so you can booze it up, people watch, and dance till your sweating while pumping your favorite playlist through the aux cord. This is for the true partier, not for those who want to lay low and relax inside a nice hotel bar with AC.

Friday night we did dinner at Kayne Prime, in their private dining room. This place is FANCY. Not really what I had in mind for a weekend in Nashville, honestly, but the boys picked it for a bo$$y, steakhouse vibe. The private room was baller and the food was top-notch posh but unless your really trying to impress someone, I’d save the bougie, show-off experience for a weekend in LA, personally. I’m guilty of craving fine dining and upscale experiences just as much as anyone, but Nashville isn’t the place where you need to bust out the Gucci belt and black card to have fun.

There were so many cool places to go, but my pick for the #1 spot is ACME Feed and Seed. This place was a smash hit with EVERYONE in our group. The live music is awesome and the perfectly fun, country vibe was exactly what us outta-towners were looking for in Nashville. We danced and laughed and one of the boys even cried of happiness! Or was that drunkenness….idk but it was awesome.

We liked ACME so much we went back after a calm and hungover brunch at Liberty Common on Sunday. I highly recommend the frosty Mule Kicker to drink and the nachos and wings, SO good. These menu items are normally not my go-to’s, but when in Rome, get with the program.

Another “you don’t want to miss” spots is Dolly Parton’s White Limozeen at the Graduate Hotel. This is a barbie girl’s dream rooftop bar! With pink everywhere, wrap around rooftop deck, and a dipping pool, this is the picture-perfect IG worthy spot for girl gangs.

Lucky for us gals, the guys actually loved Dolly Parton’s rooftop magnificence! I thought all the pink might drive them into an insane asylum but the craft cocktails and city views kept everyone satiated. Word of advice, book a spot at the dipping pool early because it fills up!

Nashville was so much fun, my big regret is not booking a longer trip. Everyone could have easily spent another day or two bar hopping, eating fried chicken & waffles, and rocking out to live music. I’m seriously crossing my fingers that one of my besties does a Nashville Bachelorette when it’s her turn to get married!

Let me know if you have been to Nashville and what your favorite place was in the comments below!

With love,

Ashley Jo
