January 27, 2021

Most mornings after Chris and I finish our F45 workout , I make smoothies to get the day started.

These recipes are made to be well balanced and each smoothie includes fat, fruit, and something green. Our brains and bodies work best when we pair macro-nutrients (like fat or protein) with micro-nutrients (like zinc or B vitamins).

Follow these general Directions for all smoothie recipes below:

  • Pick a recipe and add all your ingredients to a blender
  • If more liquid is needed to blend smoothly, add up to 5 oz of cold filtered water
  • Serve and enjoy!
